Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, I faced some issues, especially with the lack of advertised services which could have enhanced my stay.
I had a mixed experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow. The staff, especially Rosa at the front desk, were super friendly and made me feel so welcome. However, the room I stayed in had some serious pest issues and it was a bit humid, which really dampened my stay. Overall, while the location was convenient and the staff were great, I had enough issues that I'm not sure if I'd return.
My experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow was quite the journey. The staff truly made me feel at home, providing kindness and support during a challenging time. However, the hotel does show signs of age, with some facilities needing more attention than others.
My stay at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the friendly staff, I was disappointed with the outdated facilities and limited amenities. The location is convenient with several shops and restaurants nearby, which is a plus. however, the lack of basic essentials and poor condition of the rooms left much to be desired.
I had a decent stay at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow overall. The location was great, being close to plenty of shops and restaurants, but I did notice the road noise from the nearby highway, which was a bit annoying. The room was clean and comfortable, but no complimentary breakfast was a letdown. However, the friendly staff made a positive impression.
